This website is dedicated to the Carltonware Walking Ware range of collectable pottery.

We have been collectors of the Walking Ware range for over 20 years, and we felt that there was a need for a dedicated website for this fabulous novelty pottery from the 1970’s & 1980’s.

You will only find walking ware items on this site from either Carlton Ware, Rising Hawk or Lustre Pottery and all will be free from Chips, Cracks & Restoration unless stated in the description.

If we do not have a particular piece you are looking for we will keep your requirement on file and contact you once the piece is found.

We try to hold a good variety of types from the more common standard Walking Ware
to the scarce & difficult to find (Big Foot, RJS & Rising Hawk pirate pieces).
